Fundraising efforts are vital to the restoration and enhancement of the park, and we rely on private donations to fund that work. Your tax-deductible gift is an investment in our treasured community park. Honor & Memorial Gifts
Mark a special occasion or remember a loved one with an honor or memorial gift to LNCP. After you have made your contribution, an acknowledgement letter or e-card will be sent to the person(s) you designate, notifying them of your gift. The amount of your donation will not be disclosed (unless requested). If you need notification of a donation in memory or to in honor to arrive more quickly, please choose to send an e-card by selecting the option below.
Adopt a Swing
Celebrate or honor friends and family members by adopting an engraved swing overlooking the park. There is just one swing still available for a $5,000 donation.
Adopt a Bench
Celebrate or honor friends and family members by adopting an engraved bench. There are 6 available benches located throughout the park and each bench costs $500.
Buy a Brick
Celebrate friends and family members by purchasing a brick with their name on it that will be installed at the park. These bricks not only help the park but make for a great gift for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s or Father’s Day! Each brick only costs $100 to purchase.
Event
Sponsorship
Consider sponsoring LNCP’s Spring or Fall Concert in the Park. These concerts draw friends, neighbors and supports of the park for an evening under the stars with live music, food trucks and more. Your logo will be prominently displayed on all event marketing including banners and email distributions.
Corporate Sponsors
Corporate Partnerships elevate your company's brand identity, showcase your commitment to the local community and provide unique engagement opportunities (including corporate volunteer days) for your employees. Your logo will be featured on the LNCP home page as well as donations over $1,000 receive a brass plate on the Corporate Sponsors plaque at the playground entrance.
Founders Club
Completed in the spring of 2011, the Founders Club campaign successfully attracted 50 members who each generously donated $2,500. A plaque bench in the park near the entrance to the playground has been designated to identify this special group that believed in the vision of the park, and the group committed to building it. Combined with a $50,000 Park Pride Community Matching Grant, this campaign funded the playground construction.
Legacy Club
The Legacy Club was completed in the summer of 2017 and recognizes the generous donors whose $2,500 contribution helped us add great amenities to our beautiful neighborhood park. These included a second pavilion, three bench swings in the Overlook, parking lot improvements, and a second set of stepping stones across Little Nancy Creek. The Legacy Club plaque bookends the Founders Club plaque on the playground entrance bench.
