The Friends of Little Nancy Creek Park are thrilled to announce that Park Pride has awarded LNCP a Matching Legacy Grant of $15,000.
The little neighborhood park with a big heart!
Little Nancy Creek Park (LNCP) represents a success story of what can be accomplished when neighborhood volunteers and members of the community work closely with City officials. Since November of 2007, the Friends of Little Nancy Creek Park (FLNCP), with the tremendous support of Park Pride (a non-profit that works in tandem with the City), have transformed a five-acre parcel of land purchased by the City of Atlanta to a thriving park featuring a world-class playground, two pavilions, a community garden, walking trail, and bench swing overlook.
Each and every donation goes directly towards capital improvements, park events and overall maintenance of Little Nancy Creek Park. Help LNCP thrive. Donate today.
In order to keep Little Nancy Creek Park and its visitors safe, please adhere to the City of Atlanta Department of Parks and Recreation’s COVID-19 guidelines. While the park and trails remain open, the playground, exercise area and pavilions are closed. Thankfully, we can all still enjoy the park however, please follow COVID-19 guidelines and respect other’s needs by practicing social distance, do not congregate and do not leave trash in the park. For COVID-19 Updates, please visit the City of Atlanta Department of Parks & Recreation website.
